Southwest Bison Burgers:
To 1.5 lbs. of ground bison meat, add 1.5 tsp. sea salt, 1 tsp. freshly ground
black pepper, 2 tsp. minced garlic, 1 tsp. lime zest, 2 T. finely chopped green onion, and 1/2 cup chopped cilantro. Combine, form into patties, and grill until browned. Serve with warm bread, crisp salad, and a cold beverage. YUM!
